The Role

We seek a highly motivated and expert Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain, configure, and support Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and other People Technology systems. This is a great chance to define a significant impact and drive innovation within our organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, including reviewing existing processes and recommending improvements.
  • Work with multi-functional teams to design and implement solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps, system configurations, and test plans.
  • Provide technical support for systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for new solutions and improvements.
  • Provide technical support for Workday HCM systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with the People, Finance, and IT teams to analyze business requirements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the Workday system.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps, system configurations, and test plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and new functionality to provide recommendations for new solutions and improvements.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as an administrator in Workday.
  • Demonstrated ability in a business systems analyst role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Experience with Integrations and Workday Studio
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability with Workday HCM, including implementation and support experience.
  • Understanding People Team processes and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team problem-solving, equal-opportunity problem-solving
