Role Description

We are looking for a Brand Designer to help build and evolve the Alexi brand. This role sits within our Design Team. As the Brand Designer, you’ll design for all channels and touch points, including visual components for our market-facing website, social assets, sales tools, ads, email templates, presentations, print work and internal brand tools. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with the Head of Design, Product Design, and Digital Marketing roles. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of working primarily in our Toronto office, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a strong portfolio of relevant work
• Expertise in colour, typography, layout, and composition
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Webflow and Canva
• Builds creative that achieves marketing and business objectives
• Highly organized, with an eye for detail
• Open to feedback and iterates effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bonus Points

• Motion graphics experience
• Front-end web design experience
• Familiarity with product design and/or design systems
• Experience working in start-up/scale up environments

Expected Salary Range: 80,000 - 90,000 CAD

Note: Proximity to downtown Toronto preferred, but is not a strict requirement
