As of today, we're hiring for a Conversational AI Researcher (NLP/ NLU) role to working in our growing AI team. The role involves designing and building prototypes, conducting research and experimentation, and providing expert advice on the design and integration of conversational agents. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the AI designer and backend team to create agentic workflows and ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and prototype intelligent components for conversational AI chatbots.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP/NLU and language models (LLMs).
• Advise on best practices for designing and integrating conversational agents.
• Collaborate with AI designers and backend teams to build and implement agentic workflows.
• Engage in rapid prototyping and experimentation to refine chatbot capabilities.
• Contribute to the multidisciplinary design of the conversational AI system.

Qualifications:

• Extensive work experience in the field of conversational AI.
• Expertise in NLP/NLU and large language models.
• Strong research skills and ability to stay current with the latest industry developments.
• Experience with building and integrating intelligent components into AI systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
