As of today, we’re looking to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist role to join our team with a focus on supporting the paid media side of growth marketing, managing ad campaigns, analyzing media performance, and adjusting budgets to optimize ad effectiveness.
The successful Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following on a day to day basis:
- Support the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- Manage and optimize media buying processes, including uploading and targeting ads.
- Fine-tune budgets and make adjustments to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor daily ad performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Analyze media data to ensure campaigns are on track and achieving objectives.
- Assist with targeting strategies to ensure the right audience is reached.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve paid media strategies.
It is expected that the successful candidate has the following skills and experience:
- Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including audience targeting, budget adjustments, and monitoring ad performance.
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL) and provide regular performance updates.
- Conduct basic A/B testing on audience targeting, placements, and other campaign elements to improve results.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy and branding.
- Support reporting and data analysis, identifying trends and actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities.
