What You'll Own 👇

As a Lead Engineer you will work closely with our founder and team to help build the platform that will support Benny's automation platform from money movement, stock purchases and more.

We think you will own:

Helping set our technical direction for the various applications and services that will power our company.
Being a player coach who is hands on the keyboard. Our team is small … help lead us to victory.
Help design and architect our systems, keeping both quick iteration as well as future scale in mind.

Why You Are The One 🥷

Early stage startup experience is a must. You understand the need for fast delivery and that everything we build should be about delivering business value today
Background in one or many of the following: consumer-facing fintech tools, consumer finance, lending, building for financial institutions (credit unions / community banks)
Comfortable building from 0-1
You have 7+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in a technical lead role
Experience designing / architecting distributed systems, and comfortable making decisions and setting architectural direction
You are a polyglot at heart and look for the right language / framework / tool for the job
