Civ Robotics is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our brand’s online presence, lead generation efforts, and marketing operations. Your primary focus will be managing LinkedIn and other digital marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand stays relevant, engaging, and top-of-mind for potential customers.

You will support our marketing efforts by crafting compelling content, managing lead nurturing campaigns, and collaborating on multimedia projects such as blogs, case studies, and ad campaigns. Additionally, you’ll take charge of key marketing administrative tasks, including event coordination and sales enablement asset management.

• Manage company and personal LinkedIn accounts

• Craft, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with marketing goals

• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Boost engagement by leveraging user-generated content and creating people-focused posts

• Track and analyze performance metrics

• Manage the social media calendar and keep stakeholders updated

• Conduct social media outbound outreach—proactively connect with potential leads, influencers, and industry experts

• Assist in lead nurturing campaigns using tools like HubSpot Marketing Pro

• Help organize and maintain sales enablement assets

• Collaborate on content creation, including blogs, case studies, videos, and paid ad campaigns

• Coordinate event preparation and scheduling announcements

• Support other ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives

• Experience managing LinkedIn accounts (personal and corporate)

• Basic knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Pro or similar marketing automation tools

• Strong written communication skills and creativity for crafting engaging posts

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation is a plus
