About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai and serve as the technical lead across the Gulf region and Europe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving hands-on technical challenges, building relationships with clients, and supporting cutting-edge robotics in real-world construction environments.

You’ll travel to project sites for demos, deployments, and training sessions. You’ll support our customers to ensure successful robot operations and play a key part in driving adoption of our technology.

What You’ll Do

Train and support customers in the Gulf and Europe on robot operation and maintenance
Conduct product demos and assist in deployments across regional project sites (~35% travel)
Provide technical troubleshooting and hands-on support for electrical and robotic systems
Work cross-functionally with the sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional service
Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor
Document customer interactions, support cases, and common troubleshooting procedures
Gather field feedback and share insights with the product team for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, training, or robotics/IoT field operations
Solid understanding of electrical systems, robotics, or IoT devices
Currently residing in Dubai and legally authorized to work in the UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong troubleshooting instincts and field experience with hardware/software integration
Ability and willingness to travel up to 35% across the Gulf and Europe

Nice to Have

Experience with GNSS-based systems or construction technology
Familiarity with fieldwork in the solar, civil, or industrial robotics industries
