You will work closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients across key industries, developing tailored solutions that leverage dataplor’s geospatial data offerings
- Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with company revenue targets
- Account Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and expanding accounts
- Market Insights & Strategy: Stay up to date on trends in geospatial data, location intelligence, and DaaS, providing strategic insights to refine our sales approach
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to align sales strategies with company capabilities and customer needs
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, track progress against sales goals, and provide regular forecasts to leadership
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), geospatial data, location intelligence, or a related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to translate data capabilities into business impact for customers
- Experience selling to industries such as financial services, retail, logistics, or technology
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders across large organizations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities
