  • Customer facing support: US working hours MON-FRI, 8 am Central time till 6 pm Central time
  • Reproduce problem & flow for specific tenant
  • Collect data points
  • Collect evidences
  • Investigate system behavior
  • Check dashboards
  • Search for specific transactions – existence and state (both DB and logs)
  • Check running jobs: cleanup, backup, elastic. Check backup files for sanity in datalake, check HDD monitors + available free space
  • Create and use additional monitors
  • Incident report and root-cause analysis
  • Networking and system troubleshooting
