- Customer facing support: US working hours MON-FRI, 8 am Central time till 6 pm Central time
- Reproduce problem & flow for specific tenant
- Collect data points
- Collect evidences
- Investigate system behavior
- Check dashboards
- Search for specific transactions – existence and state (both DB and logs)
- Check running jobs: cleanup, backup, elastic. Check backup files for sanity in datalake, check HDD monitors + available free space
- Create and use additional monitors
- Incident report and root-cause analysis
- Networking and system troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- MongoDB
- Python
- Kibana
- Grafana
- Dockers + k8s
- Minimal support devOps experience (~1 year)
- Cloud infra – Azure/AWS + networking troubleshooting
