We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with high-performing teams while also taking ownership of critical financial tasks independently.

STUFF YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed commentary on variance analysis and key performance indicators
• Working capital management, cashflow forecasting
• Tax and statutory compliance preparations and submissions
• Oversight of all accounting operations such as accounts payable, treasury, outsourced payroll, and maintenance of TB/GL for all entities
• Ensuring strong internal control procedures and preparing annual audit schedules, liaising with the Audit Field Team
• Supporting the delivery of multi-year financial forecasts, annual budgets, monthly and quarterly trading forecasts
• Formulation and presentation of financial presentations to Senior Management
• Supporting senior management in the evaluation of proposed commercial action and wider strategic options
• Contributing to the greater finance team's role in driving and improving the quality of financial analysis including ad-hoc projects such as the implementation of an ERP and other key back-office support systems
• Liaising with internal and external teams

• Qualified Accountant with minimum two years’ PQE ideally with month end close & Statutory Accounts experience
• Excellent analytical skills and IT Savvy
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic with positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, must have a “can do attitude”, work on their own initiative coupled with a restless dissatisfaction
