The Partner Sales Director will support the company’s continued growth into the DACH market by building and leveraging partner relationships to successfully source and co-sell into brands through joint partner solutions. You will get the opportunity to build relationships with our ecosystem of 125+ partners (agencies, technology, and ESPs) who each carry their own unique value prop in the marketplace and understand their presence in the DACH market. You will be on the front-line of solutioning the right partners and integrations into the region.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with the DACH team to support attainment of their regional booking and opportunity sourcing targets
  • Work collaboratively with the DACH team to leverage partner relationships (through sourcing and influencing) to accelerate deals to close and drive customer success post sale
  • Build and execute a regional partnerships strategy (plan) to achieve quarterly and annual goals
  • Identify, establish, develop, and leverage trusted partner relationships, including key executive contacts, in the DACH region through face-to-face interactions, regular communications, and partner plans that return value to the partners and expand Movable Ink’s relationship and bookings within those organizations
  • Identify and sell in technical partner solutions (partner integrations) into Movable Ink Customers to bring incremental martech value and drive increased utilization of Movable Ink
  • Contribute to additional regional and global projects, processes, and initiatives to support the expansion of the DACH region and global partner team
  • Negotiate new partner contracts and facilitate paperwork with partners

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing technology SaaS experience with 2 of those years with specific experience developing successful revenue-driving partnerships
  • Proven track record of closing large and high-quality deals with partners to successfully achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  • Ability to accurately and consistently track and forecast quarterly booking and goal attainment through Salesforce.com CRM
  • Examples of successfully building and executing regional partner strategies and individual partner plans to drive revenue growth and achieve goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others, resolve conflict, and build rapport
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly in written and oral formats
  • Fluent German speaker

The base pay range for this position is 115,000 - 120,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
