Strategic Account Director, AI

As a Strategic Account Director, AI you will consult with senior marketing executives to deliver AI-powered digital transformation and personalization solutions. This role offers the opportunity to craft custom enterprise solutions that solve the complex challenges of large scale CRM programs. In the role, you will drive new business acquisition while unlocking cross-sell opportunities across Movable Ink’s diverse portfolio of innovative enterprise clients. You’ll receive extensive training on the MEDDICC framework, equipping you to build consultant-level business cases that tackle complex business challenges. This is an opportunity to evolve into a true business partner, working alongside clients to craft strategic solutions and manage organizational change.
Responsibilities:
- Champion Movable Ink’s cutting-edge AI solutions with an entrepreneurial approach to new market opportunities
- Drive growth by building and closing a robust pipeline across new business and cross-sell opportunities
- Advocate for AI’s ability to solve some of the top challenges in marketing performance, positioning Movable Ink as a strategic partner to enterprise clients
- Partner closely with Core Sellers, Client Experience, Partner Sales, Implementation, and Solutions Consulting teams to ensure smooth deal execution and drive lasting client success
- Develop long-term, strategic solutions and plans that map directly to C-Level strategic priorities and initiatives
- Ensure accuracy in pipeline forecasting, including deal size, probability, and close dates.
- Drive value through meetings and quarterly business reviews; safe future travel conditions permitting, ~25% travel
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful experience selling enterprise marketing solutions to CEOs, CMOs, VPs and Directors of Marketing
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the potential of Artificial Intelligence solutions to revolutionize marketing technology
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Experience introducing new products to market, managing strategic deal processes and helping customers navigate organizational change
- Proven track record of closing large and high quality deals
- Technical aptitude and/or background in technology
- A consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
