The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving customer advocacy and ensuring the customer PoV is taken into account in the product roadmap. This is a unique role that blends product and customer marketing, and is highly collaborative with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams. The right candidate is a self-starter that is willing and able to re-imagine and start from scratch multiple customer programs, including our product advisory council (PAC), peer review site program, and win/loss program (among others).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Product Advisory Council. Successfully transform and lead the Movable Ink Product Advisory Council (PAC) to be a world-class customer experience and to best provide customer input into the Studio and Da Vinci product roadmap.
  • Peer Review Sites. Establish and run a peer review site program to help generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Win/Loss/Churn Interviews. Expand and optimize the existing Win/Loss/Churn interview program to generate more product, marketing, sales, and customer account management insights and areas of opportunity.
  • Establish a Customer Showcase program. Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to identity the top Movable Ink customers and create executive-level content (videos, presentations, etc.) showcasing these digital transformation stories. Establish these top customers as critical Movable Ink customer advocates.
  • Support Marketing events and collateral. Support Marketing in up-leveling executive and compelling content for the Customer Advisory Board (CAB), Think Summit (yearly customer event), case studies, and testimonials. Support Marketing on ABM messaging to accelerate pipeline.
  • Bring Voice of Customer to the Product Organizations. Support the rest of the product organization in understanding the voice of the customer. Establish a central source of truth of critical customer success statistics.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in product marketing and/or customer marketing in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience in Martech, selling to B2C marketing buyers.
  • Experience in establishing functions, including customer advocacy, PMM and/or customer advocacy programs, from the ground up. Strong ability to start new programs from the ground up.
  • Understanding of how to message and position SaaS products.
  • Understand and translate technical concepts into marketer-friendly language
  • Strong presentation, leadership and communication skills, especially in customer-facing leadership roles
  • Ability to work cross functionally

The base pay range for this position is $150,000-$180,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
