About The Role

Position: Senior Email Marketing Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

Location: Based in Latin America

Language: Native or C1 American English, both spoken and written.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies, including lifecycle marketing emails, product updates, and retention campaigns.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Design and manage automated email workflows and nurture campaigns to enhance customer experience and engagement.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth performance analysis to measure campaign impact, including conversion rates and response rates.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize email content and layouts.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and implement them to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Design:

• Strong email-building skills to develop high-quality email templates and designs
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design and communication trends.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, specifically creating email campaigns for apps.
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Mailchimp and Sendgrid.
• Strong skills in developing high-quality email templates and designs.
• Knowledge of current email template building platforms and trends, with the ability to recommend and implement the best tools.
• Exceptional written English, necessary for communicating effectively with thousands of US customers.
• HTML & CSS skills a plus

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
