Senior AI Researcher - 4+Yrs is a Must

PureCode Software is looking for an experienced Senior Computer Vision researcher to join our talented and fast-growing team in Hyderabad, India. As a member of the engineering team, you will work on a variety of software projects related to computer vision and AI/ML. Using Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, PureCode’s first-of-its-kind developer tool instantly turns software design images into fully functional ReactJS. Headquartered in Austin, Texas PureCode Software recently raised $2 million USD from a top-tier Silicon Valley venture capitalist.

PureCode offers a revolutionary developer tool that saves software engineering teams 25% of all the time required to build software, by using AI to generate code. Using computer vision; our code generator takes a web design (PDF, Figma file, Sketch file, etc.,) and instantly generates dynamic, production-quality ReactJs markup. The product is loved by SaaS companies and web development agencies because it saves them time and money. We are a team of more than 30 and growing fast, funded by Tim Draper of Draper Associates and other high-profile tech investors.

We are looking for a Senior AI Researcher who can solve research problems related to AI in conjunction with web development. This position is on premises at our office in the Q-city of Hyderabad and requires close collaboration with team members as well as our Austin-based HQ.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to perform novel research and come up with solutions for zero-shot code generation for webUI design/screenshot images.
• Researching and reproducing cutting-edge large language models (LLM), multimodal models (vision and language models i.e., VLMs) and alignment models.
• Staying abreast with new publications, conferences and product applications in deep learning and computer vision. • Curate annotated data using the Computer Vision (CV) techniques to train Machine Learning/Deep Learning (ML/DL) algorithms/models.
• Execute basic CV tasks like feature extraction, feature visualization, object detection, tracking, segmentation, data augmentation, data pre-processing and filtering techniques.
• Enhance existing open-source models and incorporate novel techniques or create new algorithms from the ground up to solve complex use cases for web development automation applications.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years as a Computer Vision/Machine Learning engineer with real-world experience model compression, inference optimization
• Knowledge of linear algebra, optimization theory, probability theory is must.
• Familiarity with Transformers and generative Diffusion models.
• Experience with popular deep learning frameworks (Keras / Tensorflow / Caffe / Pytorch) and proficiency in coding with C/C++, Python.
• Ability to research, prototype and implement new algorithms in production-level code for web applications.

Preferred Qualification

• Masters or PhD in CS with computer vision/deep learning or equivalent industrial research experience.
• Industrial experience with shipped products is a plus.
• Knowledge of web development tools is a plus
