We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Japan! This is a strategically critical role that will work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to ensure that Rescale can deliver an efficient growth plan for some of our most important Japanese customers!

At Rescale, this means you will work on and impact:

• Developing and managing strategic projects to ensure timely execution towards attaining and maintaining the relevant industry standards in Japan

• You will become part of Rescale’s largest customer account teams working with major Japanese enterprise customers themselves, including resellers, ISVs and CSPs

• You will partner with APAC general manager, Japan Sales and Technical directors to establish directions, timelines and owners for key projects nationwide

• You will work closely with several teams at Rescale including Sales, Engineering, Product, and more

• Establish project governance structure that encompasses business opportunities, technical implementations, and strategic executions

• Provide management reports on overall health and progress of projects including riks, milestones and performance

• Prioritize projects and tasks with designed performance KPIs

• Build systems to streamline and automate processes and workflows

• Utilize project management tools appropriate to efficiently manage projects

• Facilitate team collaboration and communication alongside the account team leaders

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a fast-moving environment

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales teams

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Fluency in Japanese; strong english skills are a big plus

• Experience with an IT or Consulting background is a plus

• Enterprise sales experience is a plus

Compensation packages at Rescale are determined based on candidate leveling and geographic location. Candidates for this position will receive a base salary and company equity.
