Overview

The Senior Director, FP&A will have a key role in the design, implementation and execution of mission critical financial and operational practices in FP&A. This role will report to the CFO and it is 100% remote within the U.S.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven support that will impact business decisions, contract pricing, margin analysis, forecasts and profitability improvement.

• Assist the CFO and leadership team in the revamp and/or implementation of:

  • Annual/quarterly/monthly FP&A process

  • KPI reporting and analysis

  • Financial Transformation projects

• Responsible for creating financial models, incorporating guidance received on validated assumptions; as well as challenging data and information integrity.

• Provide support in the creation of an annual operating plan that is aligned to the strategic plan and perform forecasting to provide visibility into business results to enable business decisions.

• Assist in identifying and implementing financial and operationally relevant KPIs.

• Compile and report results and understand/explaining points of variance.

• Provide ad hoc reporting for executive management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• MS or MBA in Finance and/or relevant professional qualification strongly preferred.

• 10+ years of relevant FP&A experience.

• 5+ years of management experience

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Extensive experience creating financial models.

• Exposure to working with senior leadership on financial planning and/or reporting.

• Experience in a fast paced SAAS startup environment is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills; while you’re an excellent listener, you can be assertive, persistent and persuasive where appropriate.

• Highly organized, coachable, and a self-starter.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
