About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative Director of Product Marketing to help drive market awareness and adoption of our Fraud Risk Product Suite.

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of end-to-end management and execution of product launches, build market awareness through extensive competitive intelligence and understanding of market trends, perform win/loss analysis, enable commercial organization, create strategic content, and help generate demand for your products. In this role, you will partner closely with the Product team and collaborate with the broad Commercial and Marketing organizations.

The ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller able to compose differentiated messaging and positioning that translate complex AI technology into captivating narratives fit to versatile audiences and verticals that Socure operates in.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize: Influence the product strategy and business plan of Fraud Risk products to ensure product/market fit. Own successful execution or product launches. Be a subject matter expert on the fraud prevention and identity verification space and conduct ongoing competitive analysis to ensure we stay ahead of the curve. Promptly incorporate the learnings and strategies into marketing and sales enablement materials.

  • Captivate: Partner with product management to develop product stories that resonate with the target audience, including executives and prospective influencers and buyers—constantly looking to optimize and update based on feedback and data.

  • Market and sell: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to execute go-to-market strategy and drive adoption of the product. Plan, prioritize, and execute all go-to-market initiatives to raise product awareness and adoption.

  • Evangelize: Advocate for Socure’s solutions and overall ID+ suite, both internally and externally, through industry events, speaker support and analyst briefings. Work with our sales enablement teams to produce effective materials that enable Sales and Growth to win.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.

  • 8+ years of related work experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the identity, fraud, and financial industry space.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively position B2B products for growth in the market, working with Commercial and Marketing teams to build a high-quality pipeline.

  • Proactive, self-sufficient, energetic learner with the ability to grasp, simplify, and clearly articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.

  • Entrepreneurial approach and passion, sense of urgency, forward and strategic thinking, ability to drive meaningful change in the business and in the industry.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $170,000-200,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
