Job Summary:
As a Sr Product Manager you will be charged with designing, building and maintaining a suite of B2B and B2C growth loops in the early experiences– from progressive onboarding to prefill – shaping customers’ impressions of our product during their critical months. You will work closely in a fast paced and highly fluid environment with engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders throughout the company to ideate, create, iteratively launch inclusive identity experiences and learn, before taking the market by storm.
What You’ll Do:
You will identify and drive consumer onboarding at scale, making complex ecosystems simple, easy to integrate and enabling teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible
Define the OKRs and identify levers to drive the key metric for visualizing fraud and identifying 100% of real identities across the Socure network.
Lead a cross-functional team of data science, engineering, design, growth, and marketing. You'll guide product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for inclusive onboarding. The expectation is to reduce product development cycles by 20% through enhanced collaboration and streamlined processes, aligning with our growth objectives.
Run quantitative and qualitative user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction. Target at least 30 customers or datasets of 10M+ for initial usability studies to ensure comprehensive user engagement and gather valuable qualitative insights.
Identify and implement solutions for customer challenges, needs, expectations, and desires
Articulate complex subject matter in compelling easy-to-understand terms
Take ownership for the success of the team and the products within the suite
Influence executive leadership on product strategy and roadmap to achieve business outcomes
Be a subject matter expert on the product suite to accelerate and/or unblock customer implementations.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ Years in High Growth Product Management
You have built onboarding and customer acquisition systems at scale, understanding how to integrate existing design systems into solutions that will scale development for internal and external users
You’ve served as a growth product manager or similar role in hyper-growth organizations
Solid theoretical and practical understanding of the Customer Identification Program (CIP) and similar regulations, and knowing how those principles extend beyond finance
An AI Automation and builder-first mentality, with practical examples of how and when best to leverage your technical counterparts
Technical:
Strong understanding of technology; working well with engineers
Light process to deliver results; exceptional communication
Creativity and the ability to generate lots of ideas that matter
A strong understanding of business models, pricing, and how to deliver shareholder value
Practical experience packaging & positioning ideas in ways that uniquely appeal to stakeholders across verticals
Enthusiasm for minimalism design and elegance through simplicity
Proven ability to deliver business and consumer insights via focus groups, usability, surveys, behavioral data, and most important, A/B testing of hypotheses and disconfirming initial beliefs
Functional Leadership:
Conceptually sound vision, omni-directional influence, and persuasive storytelling
Experience managing, organizing, developing and scaling teams & organizations.
Consistent ability to develop growth loops in delightful, hard-to-copy, profitable ways.
Results-driven, proactive, and not overly prescriptive in process.
Understand how to leverage culture as the foundation for light-process and to build world-class organizations.
Great judgment about people, product and the business.

Salary Disclosure:Base Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
