About the Role
As Socure’s first Principal Product Manager, Front-End & Hosted UX, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for every interface that our customers—and their end users— see and touch: the RiskOS dashboard, workflow designer, case-management UI, and our new Hosted UX screens embedded in customer journeys.
You will partner closely with our Design team (who own visual and interaction design), providing clear problem statements, KPIs, and iterative feedback to ensure world-class usability. As the Product Manager for Platform front end you will:
Define market-backed requirements and success metrics.
Prioritize and ship delightful self-serve experiences.
Hit adoption, funnel-conversion, and CSAT targets
If you're passionate about building self-serve platforms, love elegant design, and want to make a real impact—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership & Strategy
Craft and socialize the product vision, OKRs, and multi-quarter roadmap for front-end and Hosted UX experiences.
Balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value when prioritizing the backlog.
Instrument analytics and run experiments/A-B tests to optimize adoption, conversion, and time-to-value.
Drive go-to-market readiness—packaging, pricing input, enablement materials, launch planning, and post-launch metrics reviews.
2. UX Partnership & Execution
Translate research insights into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria; review prototypes and usability findings with Design partners.
Champion accessibility and performance best practices across all front-end surfaces.
Facilitate stakeholder design reviews; iterate quickly based on feedback from customers, GTM teams, and internal users.
Maintain and evolve the cross-product design system in partnership with Design to ensure consistency and scalability
3. Success Metrics
Front-end & Hosted UX adoption rate
Funnel-conversion improvements (e.g., onboarding completion %)
Time-to-value reductions for new customers
CSAT / NPS scores for RiskOS and Hosted UX flows
Qualifications
7+ years of product-management experience delivering UX-intensive SaaS or consumer-grade products, with proven ownership of the full product lifecycle.
Demonstrated success shipping self-serve onboarding flows or low-code/no-code configuration tools.
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles; able to critique UI/UX and speak the language of designers.
Data-driven mindset—comfortable with product analytics, funnel metrics, and A/B testing.
Excellent communication and influence skills; adept at aligning cross-functional teams and presenting to executives.
Bonus, but not mandatory: experience in identity, fraud, or compliance domains.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s a plus.
