We are looking for a Technical Writer who will own the content creation process from ideation to briefing, proofing, and editing, to publishing and optimizing. The Technical Writer will make the complexities of our product, such as payments, inventory, new features, and many others, effortless for our users to grasp and navigate. We are looking for someone who can help us build our customer's trust by growing our digital content to allow self-service across all platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Responsible for all documentation requirements from the Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams;
• Responsible for writing clear, concise technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Developing the release notes approach in collaboration with the product team to create a robust customer-focused process;
• Developing and maintaining digital content for Customer Success, including onboarding materials, business review elements, release notes, and templates to support our customer journey;
• Driving the implementation of a new documentation strategy in the company;
• Creation and management of all content such as video, knowledge base articles, and in-person training for Customer Success & Support;
• Build trust with our customers by growing the transparency and clarity of our products;
• Collaboration with stakeholders across the whole business, including Product, Sales, and Marketing teams;
• Develop a data-driven understanding of audience behaviors, needs, and insights that will anchor engaging content creation.

ABOUT YOU

• Exceptional English writing skills with a minimum of 3 years English copywriting experience;
• Experience in a relevant technical area;
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in leading projects;
• A demonstrable track record of crafting user-centric, accessible content;
• Previous experience building a documentation system from scratch;
• Positive, proactive, can-do attitude;
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, be autonomous and take ownership;
• Great time-management skills and the ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
