In an exciting move, Equiem recently acquired spaceOS, a European workplace management software company. This is another step towards Equiem substantiating itself as a global leader in the proptech industry.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative Team Lead (BDR TL), who aspires to become a Business Development Executive (BDE). As a BDR Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing our BDR team. Your primary role will be to drive sales execution and performance across the team. As the BDR TL, you will be responsible for building the team, measuring BDR performance, monitoring and coaching daily activities such as calls and emails, and implementing optimisation strategies. This role is crucial to the success of Hunters and has a high impact on the company.

WHERE YOUR TIME IS SPENT

This is an important role whose main objective is to generate a strong and consistent pipeline for our sales teams. Your performance has a direct impact on our sales and company performance.

  • Executing a diversified prospecting strategy, having a varied approach to tactics.
  • Managing your territory to demonstrate to your team that you can walk the walk.
  • Managing BDR reporting requirements to your line manager and the wider business.
  • Development of individual and team capabilities - Coaching, enabling BDRs to be successful in their roles by motivating the team and leading by example.
