In an exciting move, Equiem has acquired spaceOS, a European workplace management software company. This is another step towards Equiem substantiating itself as a global leader in the proptech industry.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. As a RevOps Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising revenue generation and maximising profitability. You will collaborate closely with various teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure accurate and efficient revenue capture, reporting, and analysis.

You can work remotely from your home base in the UK, collaborating with your colleagues in Europe, the US and Australia. Obviously, we will also look forward to regular face-to-face catch-ups, and appropriate domestic travel is a part of this role. You will also need to work outside the core working hours from time to time. But we respect you, understand you have a life you want to balance, and will support you to achieve this.

WHERE YOUR TIME IS SPENT

This is an important role whose main objective is to support all business streams to ensure all data is compliant, streamline processes where possible, and cleanse data. Your performance has a direct impact on our sales and company performance.

  • Analysing and validating revenue data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
  • Developing and maintaining revenue forecasting models to support budgeting and planning processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue-related processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of revenue optimization strategies
  • Generating and analysing reports on key revenue metrics, such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and average revenue per user
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential revenue growth opportunities
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive sales efficiency by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Support the regional sales forecasting process by implementing best practices and analysing the forecast vs. trends
  • Support Sales Leaders & RevOps with ad-hoc reporting, analytics, project management, etc
