THE ROLE

We're looking for an IT Administrator who has a passion for optimising technology performance, excels at managing and automating daily tasks and ensures our global IT operations run smoothly and effectively. If you have a keen interest in driving tech excellence, are skilled in automation and AI, and possess effective time management skills, we'd like to hear from you!

WHERE YOUR TIME IS SPENT

Business Support

  • Address hardware and software issues for Equiem team members promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide strong support and collaboration to key stakeholders, delivering excellent internal customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with IT processes and effective risk management. Act as a bridge between us and software vendors to ensure alignment and understanding.

IT Management

  • Manage software and hardware purchase requests, ensuring our needs are met.
  • Maintain software and hardware registers, collaborating with Finance on the fixed asset register.
  • Liaise with software vendors and partners, adeptly handling contracts.
  • Proactively seek improvements, define plans, and support the adoption of new tech tools.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Keep our digital space safe by overseeing device management and anti-malware software for digital security.
  • Conduct regular tests and security audits to ensure compliance and keep the team informed.
  • Efficiently handle IT operations during Equiem team onboarding and offboarding.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials for internal tools and services.
  • Participate in audits as required
