This candidate will be responsible for getting Stocktwits’ unique data set in the hands of more investors
The Role
Remote - United States (NY preferred)
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated sales leader. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise agreements with the largest and most reputable institutions. The candidate will also work closely with FinTechs, data partners, and academic institutions on unique partnerships that place Stocktwits data in the hands of more investors. The candidate will report directly to the President & COO.

What You’ll Do
- Manage sales processes from beginning to end, securing introductions with key decision makers, and closing partnerships to achieve sales quotas
- Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities; this includes with new prospective customers and our existing customer base
- Work closely with both the Stocktwits Product team and new & existing customers to launch new offerings that attract different buyer audiences
- Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle with a focus on expansion opportunities
- Represent Stocktwits at industry events that deepen Stocktwits’ position in the ecosystem
- Regularly provide actionable customer feedback to key internal stakeholders include Product, Community, and Executive Leadership
- Accurately report CRM activity, sales pipeline forecasting, renewal planning and proposal preparation
- 6+ years of transferable B2B sales experience. Strong preference for experience in Data, Financial Services, and/or Fintech
- Truly passionate about the Stocktwits mission and the propensity for our unique data sets to drive material investment returns
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Proven track record of outperforming quote and retention targets
- Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly
- Experience in negotiating with both new customers and existing customers in renewal conversation
- Craftsmanship: You take pride in your work and approach it with care, attention to detail, and a deep sense of responsibility
- Always Learning: Your thirst for knowledge, new challenges and bettering yourself never ends personally and professionally
