What you'll do:

• Break news and tell compelling stories about Indian stocks and markets in real-time
• Use Stocktwits' unique data on what retail investors are talking about to spot trends before others
• Write headlines that grab attention (without clickbait)
• Track what's happening on BSE, NSE, and across different sectors
• Keep an eye on what SEBI and other regulators are doing
• Turn complex market moves into clear, interesting stories our users can act on
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment where timing matters

About you:

• You have at least 3 years covering financial markets, specifically Indian equities
• You understand how Indian markets work and what drives stock movements
• You can explain complicated things in simple ways
• You're comfortable working with data to find interesting patterns
• You can write quickly without sacrificing quality
• You're good at building sources and finding information others miss
• You speak and write English fluently (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus)
