The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shadow our Product Team, gain hands-on experience with product development processes, and contribute directly to the quality of our applications across iOS, Android, Web, and Backend. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA specialists to understand how a high-functioning product team operates in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Shadow the Product Team:
• • Observe and learn our scrum practices, ceremonies, and overall product development workflow. Gain visibility into the operations of a high-functioning Product and Engineering team in a startup setting.
• Assist with QA:
• • Play an active role in the quality assurance process by testing features, identifying issues, and ensuring product integrity before releases.
  • This will be your primary focus, allowing you to engage directly with the product and support the team by alleviating some of the QA workload.
• Bug Documentation:
• • Recreate reported bugs, document step-by-step reproduction, and create detailed tickets for the team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Miscellaneous Product Tasks:
• • Assist with various ad-hoc product needs as they arise.
    

What You’ll Need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with iOS, Android, and Web applications is a plus.
