About The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind Stocktwits’ newsletter creator partnerships—connecting with the biggest names in investing content and bringing them into our ecosystem. Your focus will be on building relationships with newsletter owners across platforms like Substack, Beehiv, and beyond—many of whom are also active on X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and more.

You’ll own the strategy and execution for onboarding new partners, scaling our newsletter network, and driving growth in brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue. This is a highly collaborative, market-facing role that blends business development, creator relations, and community building. If you love markets, thrive in fast-moving environments, and get energy from helping creators grow their reach, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, target, and build relationships with top investing newsletter creators across platforms (Substack, Beehiiv, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategies for onboarding and integrating newsletter partners into the Stocktwits ecosystem; this includes our Community, Video, Newsletter, and News businesses
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, content) to support creators and drive measurable results
  • Track and report on partnerships performance, optimizing for our partners’ audience growth, and engagement
  • Stay ahead of trends in financial media, creator monetization, and retail investor behavior
  • Represent Stocktwits at industry events, creator meetups, and virtual communities
  • Responsible for driving the number of connected Stocktwits newsletter partners, number of newsletter partners who are now posting on Stocktwits, and the newsletter partners’ number of posts and follower count

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or creator relations—ideally in financial media, fintech, or the creator economy
  • Strong understanding of investing and financial markets; active participant in the investor/trader community a plus
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with creators, media brands, or influencers
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills—both online and in person
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities Familiarity with platforms like Substack, Beehiv, ConvertKit, and social media channels used by creators
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate impact
