Are you ready to be the force multiplier behind a visionary leader? As our Chief of Staff, you’ll be the operational lynchpin that keeps our CEO and company moving at full speed. Your mission: maximize Sure’s CEO's time, energy, and decision-making power while becoming an indispensable Swiss Army knife of executive capabilities. This is a special opportunity to build a unique skill set that combines high-level understanding with practical execution. This role is for the self-propelled, self-aware, details guru who has proven experience building trust with executives by getting stuff done.

What you'll be doing
- Craft compelling briefing materials, written email and slack communication, meeting notes, follow ups and more that hit the mark every time
- Become an expert in how Sure and our CEO does business so that you can drive projects and tasks forward effectively while building trust
- Navigate meetings with precision, capturing key points and driving action items to closure
- Where the CEO cannot be present, act as proxy ensuring that decisions align with the his vision and priorities
- Bridge communication gaps between the CEO and other departments with finesse
- Be two steps ahead, anticipating needs before they even materialize
What we're looking for:
- Bachelors degree required, JD a plus
- 4+ years in a Chief of Staff or similar role reporting to the CEO
- 7+ years of experience working in fast-paced, high growth technology companies; SaaS company experience required
- Solid understanding of technical concepts common within a cloud-based SaaS company with the ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate effectively with minimal guidance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for finding creative solutions
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and ability to maintain composure under pressure
