Job Title: Employee Travel Associate

FLSA/Category: Non-Exempt/Full Time

Location: In-House/Hybrid (Dallas)

Department: Employee Travel

Reports To: Manager, Employee Travel Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time In-House (Dallas) Employee Travel Associate to support our team members with business travel needs. This role assists employees with booking travel, navigating travel benefits, and resolving travel-related issues, while ensuring compliance with company travel policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report employee travel usage and assist in auditing travel records
  • Ensure all employee travel is properly documented and approved
  • Assist corporate employees with booking business travel
  • Communicate travel benefits, updates, and changes through email, phone, or virtual consultations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as needed

Qualifications

  • Entry-level position. 1-3 years of travel experience preferred
  • Proficient in Google Suite and, especially, Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Miscellaneous Requirements:

  • Computer, phone skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986.
