What We Need

Yieldmo is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our team of problem-solvers and inventors to evolve the way brands connect with people. We aspire to make advertising a welcome part of free content, making marketers more effective. You will collaborate closely with leading brands, product managers, and engineers to create next-generation ad experiences and advertising tools. As a designer at Yieldmo, you’ll be expected to use your full range of product, interaction, and visual design skills, and you will be comfortable with data-driven design and interaction processes that leverage our unique data assets and AI capabilities. Your work will change an industry.

What You Can Expect In This Role

  • Lead designer for Yieldmo’s Creative Lab and responsible for creating and evangelizing prototypes of AI-enhanced creatives
  • Provide research and thought leadership on new AI concepts and capabilities that should be incorporated into Yieldmo tools
  • Lead designer for innovative advertising experiences, mentoring other team members and contributing a high volume of output yourself
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with clients, designers, and stakeholders to generate new concepts of ad formats and experiences
  • Provide consultative services and product roadmap collaboration with a few key clients
  • Collaborate tightly with engineering to experiment and launch commercially viable products, all while putting systems in place for scalable, well-documented products.
  • Develop a strategy for improving advertiser performance metrics
  • Iterate early advertising concepts objectively using both qualitative and quantitative usage data

Requirements

  • An expert in data-driven design thinking. Inquisitive and comfortable experimenting as well as prototyping with generative AI
  • 3-5 years experience in AdTech creating beautiful and engaging, interactive, advertising experiences for end-users
  • 5-7 Years of combined experience in digital advertising and product design, having seen interactive products through from concept, to launch, to multiple data-backed iteration cycles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in: UX/UI/Research, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Interaction design or other relevant fields
  • Strong track record of leading teams to launch consumer-facing products
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous experience in working with and fostering strong VIP Client relationships, in collaboration with Account Reps
  • Ability to step up to challenges and new experiences with a positive, can-do, collaborative attitude
  • Proactive individual contributor as well as fostering collaborative team engagements

Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:

  • A 60 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager
  • Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership
  • Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $$140,000-$190,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
