What We Need

We're looking for a graphic and motion designer to create engaging visuals for RFPs, RFIs, pitches, and campaign deliverables. This role involves developing animated assets, static concepts, and interactive elements to enhance digital campaigns while maintaining brand consistency across all materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content, organize and manage design assets for streamlined workflows, and stay up to date with motion design trends and emerging technologies. Above all, they must deliver high-quality work while meeting project deadlines efficiently.

What You Can Expect In This Role

In this dynamic role, you'll create engaging graphics and motion visuals for various brands and verticals, bringing innovation and creativity to every project. With new projects each week, you'll have the opportunity to be creative and innovative, dazzling clients and helping to win new business. You'll collaborate with a talented in-house design team, refining your expertise in the adtech world.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5+ years of proven experience in graphic and motion design.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Blender, ....
• Creative Skills: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation techniques, and motion principles.
  Communication: Full proficiency in English (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with a global team.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, take creative direction, and meet deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.

Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager
• Candidates will be invited to join a remote interview rounds, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership
• RFP Design Challenge Assignment
• Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer
